The apartment of 110 sq.m. is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building of 1975, in the center of Pagrati.

The aim of the renovation was to create a more functional modern space, which would continue to maintain the aesthetics and character that had been given from the beginning by the architect who had built it, while meeting the new needs of the owner.

Significant interventions were made to the entrance and baths in order to modify their use and make them more functional. By consolidating a part of the entrance with the bathroom and the very small w.c, a new, fully practical and modern w.c was created at the entrance, next to the living room, as well as a large bathroom with shower and storage spaces.

The old marble flooring was preserved and treated, giving it a touch of freshness. The old floor was removed from the veranda and a new tile floor was laid, so that the waterproofing that was needed could be done properly. Careful choices in tiles and materials, take care to deliver the aesthetics desired by the owner, while maintaining consistency with the rest of the house.
