The building will consist of a metal load-bearing structure and will extend through existing facades of an existing listed building.

The tasks of the first stage are.

– Removal of existing floors
– Internal reform
– Reinforcement of existing load-bearing structure using shotcrete (Gunite)
– Installation of a metal temporary support system.
– New foundations
– New structural steel and composite metal load-bearing structure & erection of 11 storeys on the existing listed building.
