An apartment building in the centre of Athens consisting of 4 floors of apartments, 2 floors of offices and a shop.

After the necessary permits were issued, the office floors were converted into two apartments each floor was renovated and the existing apartments were painted and the ground floor shop was converted into a loft.

The challenge in this project was the time, we had to finish all the work within 3 months, which was achieved!

A total of 9 apartments were created.
