The transformation of an old two-storey house into self-contained rooms for rent was done according to the client’s requirements. The works included structural reinforcements with modern materials and a new layout of spaces with functionality and comfort in mind. The electromechanical systems of water supply, electrical and air conditioning were also designed and constructed. The building was shielded with energy efficient windows and new tile floors were installed.
