Construction of 8 storey residential building in the historical centre of Athens, in Kriezotou Street, Syntagma. The building will consist of a metal load-bearing structure and will extend through existing facades of an existing listed building.

• New structural steel and composite metal load-bearing structure & erection of 11 storeys on the existing listed building.
