The complete renovation and reconfiguration of the new building of the Embassy of Azerbaijan was a project that took almost a year.

A glance at the exterior of the building reveals the radical change that the façade of the building has undergone, both with the exterior and the casting of wooden panels, and the cladding with granite tiles in natural colour. In this project our initial concern was the energy upgrade of the building and the change of its coloring, reconfiguring the interiors based on the new needs.

Thus, proper waterproofing – waterproofing of the roof and the external walls of the building was carried out.

All external frames were replaced with new energy class A+ frames and a VRV heating and air conditioning system was installed.

The new interior layout was achieved by the annealing of drywall, while all the marble floors were replaced with new ones made of natural wood. Finally, the landscape design of the building was studied and implemented with the perimeter fencing with wood of African origin and the perimeter planting with coniferous trees.
