A separate 300m² three-level house, in Paleo Psychiko, was reconstructed to meet the needs of the new owner. The original condition of the property was in need of radical intervention due to the applicants abandonment.
The main feature of the house is the natural lighting, due to the large and many openings in each room. On the ground floor are the common areas, while on the first floor and the basement are the bedrooms of the owners and the staff respectively. The only elements that have been preserved and maintained are the mosaic and wooden floors (only in the areas that were in good condition), as well as the internal wooden staircase which is a central element of the house.
The change of the external windows, the external thermal insulation, the installation of a gas boiler, are just some of the works we carried out in the building for its energy upgrade.
